 1. Where is your company?
Our factory is located in Nan'an  Quanzhou City, Fujian, China. It’s our honor if you have time visiting us.

2. If I like the Superior Stone colors, how I get the samples?
We supply free samples. Any requirements, please feel free to contact us.

3. What size is available for kitchen countertops?
Usual size is 108" x26", 96"x25.5", 96"x30", 96"x36", 72"x36" ect, different size can be customized.
 
4. What size is available for bathroom countertops?
Width is 22” for usual. And length can be 25", 31", 49", 67", 73", 90" ect.  Besides, it can be cut according to your size.

5. What is the thickness?
Superior Countertops can provide with 2cm (3/4") and 3cm (1-1/4") for natural stone countertops and artificial stone countertops in kitchen and bathroom. .

6. What material you can offer for countertops kitchen and bathroom?
It can be granite, marble, other natural stone and engineered stone.

7. Granite, marble and aluminium quartz stone, which one is better stone material for countertops?
Different materials have different characteristics.

Granite is one of the most popular natural stones for countertops. It’s resistant to heat and is also one of the most bacteria resistant materials.

There is beautiful texture on the marble surface, which makes it elegant and unique. Easy maintenance is another reason why people like it for countertops.  

Aluminium quartz stone is the strongest material for kitchen and bathroom countertops. And now it becomes the most popular material for countertops surface because of its hardness and strong scratch resistance. It’s highly ant polluted, fadeless and resistant to heat.

8. What edge processing you can do?
Superior stone can supply edges as required, like simple flat eased, bull nose, ogee, laminated edge, etc., and other edges needed.

9. What is your MOQ for the countertop?
Our MOQ is 1x20'GP.  It can be styles mixed or be shipped together with ceramic sink, faucet, cabinet etc.

10. How about design and drawing?
Our experienced design engineer will assist in CAD and drawings freely.

11. Can you also supply accessories for countertops?
Yes, Superior Stone is able to supply accessories as below.
1) Stainless steel sink
2) Ceramic sink
3) Faucet
4) Cabinet and base for countertop

12. What is your payment term?
By T/T.  30% in advance, 70% paid before shipping.

13. What is your delivery time?
It is about 15-25 days after deposit and confirmation of drawings.

14. How to arrange shipment?
Superior Stone can arrange shipping for you once getting enough information.

15. Will you pay for the broken items?
Yes. Superior Stone will make compensate if it is because of our mistakes.
